Partner Attorney
Prior to joining the firm, Radu worked at the Middlesex District Attorney’s Office for over ten years honing his skills as a trial attorney. While there, Radu began his career working at a number of district courts, prosecuting a variety of crimes, including OUI, drug, firearms, theft, assaults and domestic violence cases. Later, Radu worked in the Middlesex DA’s Office Cambridge and Lowell Superior Court Trial Teams and the Child Protection Unit. For the second half of a decade as a prosecutor, Radu sharpened his advocacy, investigative and trial skills while handling complex child sexual and physical abuse cases and serious violent offenses, including stabbings, shootings and home invasions. He now brings his vast experience to Foglia & Associates, addressing the various legal needs of the community we serve. Radu has been successfully defending numerous criminal cases, resulting in favorable outcomes for the firm’s clients since 2022. Radu is fluent is Romanian, Hebrew and English.
